Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 7 days before arrival will be charged with the cost of the first night. If cancelled after the payment of the total cost or if the guest doesn’t appear will be charged with the total cost of the stay. In case of departure before the booked date, a cancellation fee of 50% for the rest of the booked stay will be charged.
Deposit Policy: Deposit: The cost of the first night to confirm the reservation. If canceled 7 days prior to arrival there will be no charge.
