This belle époque Villa is conveniently situated near one of the most popular beaches of Athens, the center of the city, as well as the port of Pireaus. This villa is perfect for family holidays or for a group of friends that want to spend time together but at the same time maintain their privacy. The 3 separate suites can host 4 to 11 people plus a single room: the Master Suite has an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi and its own private living room ( can sleep 2 people), the Blue Suite has 2 connected bedrooms and the Green Suite has 2 single beds and 1 double. A spacious bathroom is shared between the Blue and the Green Suite. The villa provides an extra floor with a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining room, a veranda and an extra WC. There is also a garden where you can enjoy your BBQ, coffee and drinks outside.

The best place to stay in Athens
Our stay at Athens was the most memorable. We were 5 adults and 3 kids staying together at the artistic villa apartment . It was extremely comfortable and beautiful , just like in the pictures. The house is on 3 levels and has a lift. The highlight of our stay was our host - Anna . She took great care of us and made us feel totally at home. Her hospitality will stay in each of our memories for a long time. The house is tastefully done. It is a 15 minute cab ride to the heart of the city however we didn't feel cut off at all because Anna had a cab driver called Themis made available to drop and pick us around town whenever convenient to us at a nominal cost. Themis is very helpful and honest. Highly recommended as he is resourceful and was willing to pick and drop us at any point of day or night. The house has all necessary amenities and has been given a lot of attention to detail. Anna's home is a reflection of herself - warm and special. This house is highly recommended to anyone who comes in a group and wants to be connected to family and friends. The kids were happy with their special bunk bed and cookies made by Anna. It was a pleasure to be able to stay with Anna as it felt like visiting a friend .
